Bethesda is Currently Hiring for an Unannounced Next-Gen Game

According to new jobs post on Zenimax’s website, the company is currently seeking out a next generation console programmer for an unannounced title. The full text for the job post can be seen below.

Future Generation Console Programmer

Division: Bethesda Game Studios | Department: Programming | Location: Rockville, US-MD, US

Bethesda Game Studios is looking for experienced programmers to work on cutting-edge technology for an unannounced game on future-generation consoles.

Requirements 

-At least 5 years of game development experience with multiple titles shipped
-Extensive experience programming and optimizing for the Xbox 360 and PS3
–Experience with DirectX 11 a plus
-Passion for making GREAT games, and being part of a GREAT team
-Ability to contribute innovative ideas towards all aspects of game development
-Must create amazing things with minimal oversight
-Experience playing Bethesda Game Studios games a plus

Many other sites have pointed to Fallout 4 being this next-generation title, and we tend to agree. In recent months there has been plenty of rumors pointing towards Fallout 4 being set in Boston, Massachussets. Another more recent tease was made by one of the voice actors from Fallout 3,Three Dog.  Aside from those rumors though, there isn’t much else to go an as of yet.
