This July, Bandai Namco will be appearing at Japan Expo in Paris and the company has teased surprises alongside demos of various titles.
At their booth, they will be showing off One Piece: Unlimited World Red, Tales of Xillia 2, Naruto Shippuden: Ultimate Ninja Storm Revolution, Jojo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle, Pac-Man and the Ghostly Adventures, and Rise of Incarnates. In addition, Bandai Namco confirmed that there will be “additional titles and surprises” in their press release but nothing else was confirmed.
Bandai Namco previously announced the Western localization of Tales of Xillia 2 at the show last year and perhaps we could get another entry in the series. Tales of Hearts R was announced for the West last month which was partly influenced by the #jrpgvita Twitter campaign that Shahid Kamal Ahmad (PlayStation’s Strategic Content Speaker) began. Tales of Innocence R was another suggested title by #jrpgvita participants and Ahmad did state on PlayStation Nation’s podcast that “[Tales of Hearts R] is not the only [#jrpgvita suggested game in consideration and] […] hopefully when the time is right, we’ll see more.” Is an announcement incoming for Tales of Innocence R or will it be a completely different title?
It is unknown what “surprises” are being cooked up by Bandai Namco but all we know their plans show up at the Japan Expo which will be occurring from July 2nd to July 6th at Paris this year.
