First it was Nintendo, who decided their focus will turn to smaller events to make their new game announcements and chose to not present a big press conference at this year’s E3. Now we bring news that 2K Games will also be skipping the Electronic Entertainment Expo (E3) this year. They will not have a booth or a press conference to make any announcements regarding their catalog.

It was revealed that Take Two Interactive will only conduct business meetings at the event and will continue to bring news through the usual channels (like us!). 2K Games has titles in their pipeline such as the Brave New World expansion for Civilization V, The Bureau: XCOM Declassified as well as WWE ’14.

This also brings into question if Rockstar Games will be at the show as well with their biggest upcoming release being Grand Theft Auto V on September 17th, 2013. Stay tuned as this story develops.
